The municipal couneil of the to\ ship of Cramahe met in the council chamber. Castleton, on Friday, March 28th, 1902, at 11 a. m. Members all present; Mr. Wolfraim, reeve in the chair. Minutes of previous session read and adopted. A by-law was passed appointing the township poundkeepers, fence viewers, boundary line and road overseers, for the year 1902. Moved by Mr. Ryckman, seconded by Mr. Turney-- That the Reeve, Mr. Mallory, Mr. Dunnatt and Mr. Ryckman be appointed as a committee to meet at J. Mallory's on April 12th, to consider the matter in regard to furnishing wire for fence along the gravel road; also to let the job of building a bridge at or near Mr. Jos. Dingman's. Carried, The committee appointed to enquire into the validity of the Treasurer's bonds report that they find them satisfactory. Mr. Mallory gave notice that he uldatthe next regular session of this council introduce a by-law to amend clauses 1 and 2 of by-law 410. Moved by Mr. Ryckman, seconded by Mr. Turney--That the tender for printing of C4. & H. S. Keyesof $40.00 be accepted for the year 1902. Carried Moved by Mr. Ryckman, seconded by Mr. Turney-That this council will consider the application of Mr. James Perry, for a transfer of his property from school section No. 22 to school section No. 24, at its next regular meeting, to be held on April 25th and that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Sec-Treas. of S. S. No's 22 and 24. Carried. Moved by Mr. Ryckman. seconded by Mr. TurneyThat lots No 11 and ~~ oncession 9, be detached from R. th concession east, boundary line and be attached to R. B. 47, also lot 13 south part concession 1, be attached toll. B.68. Carried. Moved by Mr. Ryckman, seconded by Mr. Duunett---That the collector having furnished the Treasurer's re ceipt for the full amount of taxes upon the collector's roll for the year 1901 and having settled up satisfactorily with this council, be it therefore resolved that his bonds be cancelled.
