I Mrs. Keith Stimers spent last week j with her daughter and-nSBn-iri-law, Mr.1 and Mrs. Alf Feather, Belleville, after returning from Montreal where they , spent the Easter week-end. Mr. Stimers returned to his home here, all have been sick with the flu. Mr. and Mrs. Herb Oliver and Kim, Alliston, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Oliver, King, spent the week-end with Mr. j and Mrs. Howard Oliver. ! Mr. Frank Morrison introduced his Centennial beard to his family which caused much merriment. Miss Janice Caverly, Belleville, spent Friday night with Mr. and Mrs. Lyal Chapman. Miss Doreen Goodrich spent Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Warner, Brighton. Mrs. John Day and Marvin, Castleton, spent Tuesday night with Mr. and Mrs. Frank Chapman. Mrs. Honey returned home Saturday night accompanied by her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. John Bayes, Markham. Rev, Mr. Van Walsem, Hilton, was Sunday dinner guest of Mr. and Mrs. Ross Wright. Mrs. Douglas Mutton and Judy, Mrs. Roy Mutton spent Wednesday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Mutton, Shiloh, Judy remained till Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Irwin and Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Dunnett visited Mrs. Kenneth Mutton in St. Joseph's Hospital, Peterborough, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Brown and family, Colborne, called on Mrs. Roy Chapman, Sunday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Len Dickens, Colborne, were Sunday guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Morrison. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Chapman, Bobby, and Philip, Mrs. John Day and Marvin attended a birthday party at the home of Mrs. A. Herrington and Lionel, Edville, Wednesday evening, in honour of Mrs. Earl Herrington. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Wright were Thursday., supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Frank McDonald, Salem. Mr. Roy Packard returned home Saturday accompanied by his daughter, Mrs. Cecil Oliver and Jimmie, Stittsville. Mrs. Packard remained there to keep house.
