Although most of last week was rainy, Victor and Marg Lynn seemed to keep them under control with new equip- For the special event on Friday a scavenger hunt was held with Ross Troop's group coming in first with most of the items. A Penny Carnival is planned for Friday night, July 28, in the Memorial Park. The children will be looking after the booths and we hope you will give your support. MONEY STOLEN Police are investigating the theft of a sum of money from a bank deposit satchel in Vern's Lunch on Tuesday. The satchel was recovered, empty, in the washroom. CHIROPRACTORS CONVENTION Canadian chiropractors will launch one of their two Centennial projects on July 23rd, in Montreal. A world-wide congress has been organized by the Canadian Chiropractic Association in conjunction with its national convention whch will ru from July 23rd to 29th at the Chateau Cham-plain. Over 600 chiropractors are expected to attend the event. Reports will be presented by representatives of chiropractic associations in the United States, Britain, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand. The importance of a world-wide chiropractic organization will be one of the main topics of discussion and it is hoped by the Canadian Chiropractic Association that the initial steps in this direction will be approved. Educational sessions will be addressed by speakers from Canada, United States, Bel-guim and Switzerland. The topics covered will include the use of cineroentgenography, or x-ray moving pictures, as a means of examining the spinal column for abnormal mobility. A film demonstrating this technique will be viewed by the delegates. The progress made in recent years by chiropractic colleges will be thoroughly discussed as well as the establishment of national examining boards in both the United States and Canada to replace state "and provincial examinations. The importance of physical fitness wil lbe emphasised by the crowning of the World Queen of Posture and Physical Fitness at the closing session. During the week there has been time allowed in the program for delegates to tour Expo '67.
