Mrs. Albert Thorne and Jean, Indian River, spent Tuesday and Wednesday night with Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Mutton. Mrs. Alf Feather and Brenda, Belleville, spent Sunday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Stimers. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Dunk visited Mrs. Rose Dunk, Campbellford, on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Terry, Trenton, Cpl. and Mrs. Gagnon and family, Griesdach, Alberta, were dinner guests last Tuesday of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Packard. Mr. and Mrs. Winston Packard and family joined them in honour of Mr. Winston Packard's birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Honey were Sunday supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Cy Williams and Mrs. Williams, Sr., Colborne. Mr. Garnet Mutton accompanied Mrs. J. J. Mutton and Marion and Mr. and Mrs. W. W. A very successful garden party was held on the church lawn of Eden United Church, Dundonald, July 6th. The Colborne Band and Baton Corps entertained on the lawn of Mr. and Mrs. Victor Scott. Ridge Road W.I. held their meeting on Thursday on the lawn of Mrs. Gordon Honey. Eden W.A. held their meeting Wednesday on the lawn of Mrs. Keith Stimers. Mrs. Donald Perry and family, Toronto, are spending two weeks with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Lackey. Mr. and Mrs. Lorne Jones and Lorna, Mrs. Smith and daughters, Oshawa, called on Mr. and Mrs. Dave Lackey on Sunday. CASTLETON by Mrs. F.
