Warner Mrs. Bookout was in Camp-bellford Hospital for treatment for a week. Mrs. H. Prout, Cobourg, has been spending the past week at Mrs. Bookout's home. Mrs. Annie Macklin of Brighton is spending awhile with Mr. and Mrs. Oran Day. An Orange service was held on Sunday at the United Church. The lodges paraded to the church where Rev. Levering preached a special service for the occasion. [ Friends are pleased to hear of the arrival of a son to Mr. and Mrs. R. Moffat at Kingston Hospital on Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Ab Young, his mother and sister, of Hamilton visited Mr. A. Wolfraim over the week-end. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Buttars, Cobourg, were guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. McKague on Monday. { Mr. David May of Regina and Kingston, with a friend from Ottawa, called on Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Welt on during the weekend. Mrs. F. S. Mallory, Mrs. W. H. Wright and Mrs. T. A large number assembled at the Union Cemetery for decoration day on Sunday with the Reverend Mr. Sayers being the speaker for the occasion. Mr. Clayton Samis left by plane from Malton on Thursday for Victoria, B.C., to resume his studies. Mr. and Mrs. F. Chatten of Brighton called on Mr. and Mrs. Harry Stickle on Sunday.
