This image was scanned from the publication - How Firm a Foundation: A History of the Township of Cramahe and the Village of Colborne in Cramahe's Digital Archives (3bk), p.116 - The caption reads: "This old mill in Salem was built around 1880-1890 and used an undershot water-wheel for power. The bell on the roof was used to summon the miller when customers were waiting."
