- Caption by Lenna Broatch (2022): "I believe this to be Miss Emily Spilsbury (1858-1947). I recall my mother speaking of her carriage & horse passing by the Hubble home on her way to the Willoughby cottage at Lake Ontario. She lived at 57 King Street East, Colborne."
