In the cirCumstances the Telephone Company must adopt the policy so uniform among merchants in every line of business and sell its service at higher prices. ,. Wyllis’ interests were many and varied. In addition to his daily work Edward Wyllis Wert was born in West Chicago September 20, 1894. He receivéd his education here, graduat- ing from the local high school. 0n Wedncxday of laxt week Wyllis Wort came home from Chicago at noon quite sick. He took to his bed and never rose from it. The trouble at the start was a nervous break- down but later an abcess at the base of the brain developed which quickly proved fatal.
