In the London case all .three judges agreed in affirming the oompeny s assess- ment for track, po es and wires; while two were of opinion that the cars were assess- able. but as to this conclusion the third. judge Finkle, dissented. In the result the entire assessment of the company on trscll, poles. wires and cars was al- tirmed. This means a tid adm- tion to the exchcquer of t e city of London, as the track. poles and wires were assessed at 880,000. and the cars at 850.000, in all 8130.000. The amount of the assessment involved in the Kingston company s appeal is 823,660 for track,poles and wires, and $20,000 for cars, in all $43,- 660.
