London, Sept. 27.--The Manchurian Railway 'company, says a St. Peters burg correspondent, has arranged to secure the co-operation Russian railroad and steamship companies in the establishment of direct communi cation between Manchuria and the principal Russian cities. Representa tives of the various companies, ap- pointed to consider the question, have decided to co-operate with the Manchurian company under the same conditions as those regulating the direct Anglo-Russian passenger trafic. Through communication will be este lished, uniting the principal static of Manchuria with the chief pla on the Siberian railway and a number of cities of Rus Through tickets will be issued between St. Petersburg, Moscow and Warsaw, and Shanghai and Nagasaki. Provision will be made for the through transportation of goods from Odessa to places on the Manchurian Tine by sea to Port Arthur, and thence by rail.
