Harlowe, Dee. 19.--A Christmas tree and concert will be given in the Meth odist church, December 24th. A very sad accident occurred on Tuesday, when N. Peterson, while travelling from a camp on Gull Lake, broke through the ice. Before he got home his feet became frozen. He is now in the general hospital. J. Thompeon was badly kicked by a horse on Mon- day. Mrs. Thompson is also very ill. Death visited the home of KE. Hawley Wednesday and claimed his. wife. leaves a husband and two small children.
