AND WHEREAS the estimated cost of such proposed additions, extensions and improvements is $85,000 and it is expedient to issue the debentures of the Corporation of the Gity of Kingston to raise the money to meet the same: AND WHEREAS it is necessary to pass this By-Law to authorize the issue of "the said debentures: , AND WHERPAS the amount of the debt to te created by this By-Law is $85,000: AND WHEREAS the total amount re- quirad to Le raised annually during the currency of said debt by special rate on the rateable property liaple thereto for paying the said debt and interest as hereinafter provided is $4,916.00: vised asscssment roll, being for the year 1906 is $7,911,587. The reef is three feet six inches in width, and assaying one ounce of gold per ton.
