They are the "guests of his niece, Mrs. J. Taylor, South Napanee. It is sixty years since Mr. Hawley went west, He revisited friends thirty-four years ago. He was born on the farm just outside the town owned by Garratt Vanal stine, and had the pleasure of walking about the old familiar spot, picking out landmarks. The stone fence that runs around the field was one of the fomiliar sights he encountered. He said as a boy he helped build that self-same stone fence.
