The remarkable case of Anton Lust, the Esthonian re- volutionist, who after once being legally executed is fucing a second death sentence for pillaging an estate during the insurrection in the Baltic ovinces, will be referred to the ower house of parliament. Lust was arrested in Jansary, 1906, for taking part in. the sacking of the estate of a German baron. He was tried by drumhead court-martial, was shot on the spot and left for dead. His rela- tives, however, found that he was alive, spirited him off and nursed him back to health.
