The band concert and farewell to Adjutant: Ernest Sims at the Salva- tion Army barracks last evening was largely attended, and a very pleasant time was spent. Adjutant Sims was called to the chair and in his ~open- ing remarks stated that a chairman should possess three qualifications to fulfil the position. The financial standing of the local corps for the past fifty weeks, was read hy Treasurer George Granger. It showed a very satisfactory state of alairs, giving the income at $2,683.95, and the expenditure equalized the re- venue, leaving no indebtedness for the coming year. Sergeant Major Hinch presented the report of the attendance at the Sabbath meetings, the junior meetings, the morning meetings and the attendance at the Band of Love which was very gratifving. In closing the sergeant-major stated that Ad- jutant Sims was "All wool and a vard wide." The adjutant will conduct his final meetings next Sunday. Get This Healer To-Day.
