Student's Trunk Taken to His Girl's House. when you came home find your trunk on her front steps? This rather em- barrassing incident happened to a well-known student, while he was eall- ns on a Brock street young lady on ursday evening laf. The young man was leaving town shortly 'after, and it being his last night he might have stayed a little late, but that does not seem to be any reason why his landlady should think he changing his place of residence ! on him by some of his fellow-student boarders. I'hey knew that the young and: thought they would interrupt the Froceedings, So they secured his ried it down to the girl's home and placing it near the door rang bell. The lady herself answered the summons, and being greatly sur- prised to see the trunk on the steps, started "to look around for the unex. pected guest. 'Fhe young man's was asked, and as soon as he saw the object recognized his own trunk, and saw the joke that had heen play- ed on him. Rumor has it that be- tweeieleven and twelve {hat night 'a student was seen <arrving a trunk up Brock street on his back, -------- LIMERICK PRIZE. ---- St. George's Baking Powder Lim- erick!
