Glendower, July 2.--(To the Editor): I have visited Cobalt for one month and have returned back to Bediord, \|and 1 would advise all young men, and those of middle age, too, if they desire employment, to not go to Co- balt, for there is no regulation eon- cerning handling powder. Was Shocked By Lightning. ilton, July --During the . electric st on Monday evening of last week 'I'Orrance Babcock: suffered a slight shock but with no seriops re- sults, being thrown to the ground while leading a team of horses.
