Xgep Well By Toning System With \ | Dr.A.W:Chase's Nerve Food How to keep well. This is the problem Dr. A: W. Chase's Nerve Food has helped many thousands of people to solve by rea- son of their extraordinary blood form ing and system building qualities. The only sure foundafion for health is rich, red blood and a vigorous nervous system. Both of these result from the use of Dr. A. W. Chase's Nerve Food. Even though you know of this great restor- ative as a cure for nervous exhaus- tion, prostration and paralysis, you may havdpverlooked it as a tonic to build up thy system when it gets run down and ¥ou feel weak and miser- able. NN Mr. William writes : | "My wife has been ill'for some tinte with nervous prostration, and we had two of the best doctors we could get but neither of them did her any good. She graddally became worse and worse, could not sleep and lost energy and interest in life. She was almost giving up in despair when a friend advised a trial of Dr. Chgse's Nerve Food. "From the first box of this prepara- tion my wide used we noticed an, im- provement and afte using six = boxes she is .complétely cured and as well as she ever was, eats well, sleeps well and feels well, and feels fully restored. I cannot say too much in praise of this wonderful medicine and am -satasfied that my wife owes her life to the use of Dr. Clase's Nerve Food." This cure is certified to by Mr, C. H. An appeal will made to the | C.R.F.U. for protedtidn with regard to the eligibility of pla in the - junion i seriiibdinte dine, At present O.R.F.U. jupiors ame allowed to compete in the incial Un- ion, which is in direct violation to their own rules. A thotion to place aa age limit of tweniy-one years in the junior series was' lost, as it was thought that such 'a rule would be unfair to the clubs in the-'small plac- os. It was decided, however, to abolish permits allowing senior men to. drop 'back into a lower series, oe A writer in the London Times says: - From what has been said it must not consequently. be inferred that English ice ev is on an equal footing with the Canadian as regards excel lence; this is far from being the' case, as would be proved were it possible for a purely amateur team to visit England. Such 'a visit would be a great attraction. Although the FEng- lishmen weuld hardly be so sanguine as to hope to give = their visitors at all a close match, nevertheless an ex- hibition of the game as played in Canada, showing the perfection to which the Canadians have bronght the arts of shooting, combination and "dribbling," would be a revelation to those able to be present to witness it, if they had not ' seen the game played on the other side of the Atlan- tic. Now that ice hockey has heen placed on such a firm basis in Bu- rope, in consequence of being control led by one body representative of so many.. different nations, it cannot fail to be recognized a®% a sport thorouyh- ly international in character and one that must attract an increase of sup- port. 2 A TES BY RAUTLINGER COPYRIGHT 199897 = $ weR¥ &) 3a oy DAILY HINT.FROM PARIS, An Embroidered Sealskin Coat. He was a capable farmer, township assessor for over half a century and Justice 'of the Peace' for sixty years. Mr. Wellbanks was born eighty-nine years ago on the family homestead at South Bay. His parents were among the pioneer settlers. He was left an orphan at an early age. Then he was taken care of by the Abbott family, near Tren- ton, with whom he remained until he was of age, when, he took possession of the homestead at South Bay. The past five years, he had lived retired, being with his two daughters, Mrs. - Ansel Richards, Athol, and Mrs. Marshall Ma- bee, at whose, home he died. In 1843 Mr. Welbanks married Phoebe Minaker, daughter of Andrew Minaker, who numbered one of the very early families at South Bay.
