Rudolph is a Bronx produet, and has a strong following. Rudolph will pro- bably be tried out against ane of the stronger teams that 'have still to play at the Polo grounds. The Hamilton Tigers may follow the precedent established at Varsity and use a small man at centre scrimmage this fall. It has been pointed out that a heavy man is not really need- ed, as two big outside serimmagers afford the light player enough protee- tion, and the latter can do a grest deal more damage when the opposite side has the ball by acting as an out- side wing.
