Viee- President M, A. Gravells, of Ports mouth, called the meeting to order at pight o'clock, Dr. J. 8. Harty and W. W. Gibson gave valuable assistance in the formation of amendments to the constitution, that the league may be of the greatest benefit in the promo- tion of the hockey situation in Kings ton. A new feature this season will be a juvenile series, with age limit of six- teen years, to play for a handsome cup, presented by JH. Angrove. The rules of the O.H.A. will apply to the junior and senior series. Any club in the city may join the league. All clubs that formed the league last year were represented, and will take part THE H. again this season. A meeting will be held on December ith, to admit any new club that may wish to join, and to arrange the sche- dule. The election of officers resulted : Honorary presidents, Dr, J. J. Harty and W. W. The members of the City Hockey League certainly made a wise choice when they elected Harvey Milne to the position of president of the league. Mr, Miloe has had a wide and varie experience in the sport of this city, and has always wtood out for the clean, true, manly desling which char acterizes Kingston sport.
