The pulmotor will be kept at the police station and members of the police force and the fire department will be instructed how to use it. During the boating season it should be very valuablg. The pulmotor is in use in many dties and towns and almost every day one reads in the newspapers about some person's life having been saved with it. Many irowning accidents occurred in Kingston last summer, and it fs claimed that in two or three cases life might have been saved had their been a pulmotor at hand.
