The Postmaster at Bath Road has sent in'to the Whig a list of contribu- tions to the Tobacco Fund amount- ing to $7.75. From a smill Post ! Office like this, this is a very good showing indeed. The list of con- tributors is published herewith. Owing to enquiries made from time to time, it might be wise ito make an explanation about this Fund once mare. No deductions what- ever are made for expenses from the moneys contributed. The whole of this outlay is undertaken by the Cen- tral Committee of the Overseas Club, and therefore every cent expended is devoted to the purpose for which it | is subscribed, viz., the purchase of tobacco and cigarettes.
