London, Qet. 30.--Prince Reginald De Croy authorizes the Daily Sketch to deny the German allegations of the existemce of any organization to assist soldiers to escape from Bel gium, of which he and Miss Edith Cavell, as alleged, were the leaders. He says that so far from there be- ing such an organization, some cf the prisoners tried at Brussels did not even know the others. He him- self did not counsel soldiers to es- cape, but when he found that they were detefmined to escape he assist- ed them, as did Miss Cavell, from humanitarian motives.
