Hudson House at Combermere, frew County. Renfrew, April 14.--The House at Combermere, built years ago at a cost of $20,000, well known among tuorists, and ranking among the very best rural hotels in Ontario, has been destroyed by fire, together with its contents. The fire broke out during the night, and had made much headway before the in- mates were awakened. Although the hotel had a license, it is not likely to be rebuilt, a slump in corundum mining in that locality having caused the business to greatly fall away. Outside of the towns of Pembroke and Renfrew, it was the best public house in Renfrew county. Nash; a G.
