The above photograph shows the grave of the late Lieut. -Col. HR Duff, of Kingston, who died while on active service with Queen's Stationary Hospital at Cairo, Egypt. It was taken by an Australian soldier who sent it to Mayor Richardson. The flowers on the grave were placed there by direction of the British C sul at Cairo. Col Duff is buried in St. George's cemetery. in Scotland on furlough, after 13 months strenuous fighting in France. Dr. McLeod was for some years in the employ of Mr. Jas. W.
