Needless to say the Whig was con- gratulated on its enterprise in being the only local paper to appear at all. Another point which seemed to great- ly please the soldiers was the faot that the price was as usual--two cents--while the Toronto papers whigh were delivered were sold at ten cents a copy. The usual service given to Whig subscribers is maintained even when that subseriber is a soldier and liable to suddenly move on a bivouac any- where. He and his frierid John Barleycorn mixed things up again on Friday with the result that Mills was again knocked out and had to be taken in charge by Con- stables Cotter and Nicholspn. He was before the Court just a few days ago, and at that time informed the Magistrate that this was the first time he bad ever been before the sourt. A GREAT SHOWER. On the $10,000 prize, here are two points to remember in making sug- gestions for the sequel to "The Dia-| mond From the Sky," "What Be- | comes of the Diamond?" "What Be- comes of the Child?" "What is the Fate of "Blair Stanley?" "What Hap- pens to Vivian Marston?" Send your suggestions to the North American Film Corporation, 71 West 23rd Street, New York City.
