This is the fourth monument erected to this great soldier, the first being set up in 1759, and the other in 832, 1849 and 1913, the last being the ome here pictured. The Plains of Abraham are mow undergoing a transformation usder the supervision of the Dominion Battlefields Commission. Officers quarters at Penetang in the war of 1818.
