Brockville, Jan. b.--Yesterday Judge Dowsley gave a decision in the LWounty Court of an action brought by W. 'G. Parish, of Athens; against Woods, Metvalfe & Co. of Winnipeg. The case arose over a breach of contract on the part of the defend- dnt in connection with a purchase of wheat. The wheat was purchased last January and was not delivered.
