You can get rid of it with a few doses 'of Dr. Wood's Norway Pine Syrup; the most prompt, pleasant and perfect cough remedy known. Miss Catherine M. Mckhean, Craik, Sask., writes: --'Last winter I caught a heavy cold and was laid up for some time. I had such a hacking cough 1 couldn't sleep at night, I didn't think I would get over it.] One day a friend dropped in to see me and was surprised to see how bad my cough was. She advised me to try Dr... Wood's Norway Pine Syrup. The next day I sent for a bottle, and I soon got relief, and by the time I had taken two bottles, my cough was all gone, and now I am able to do my work again. I don't think there is anything to equal it." There are plenty of "pine" pre parations on the market trying to live on the reputation of "Dr. Wood's" The genuine is put up ig a yellow wrapper, three pine trees the trade mark, price 25c and 50¢ a bottle. If you hear any person singing, humming, or whistling any catehy airs on the street during the next few days, you will know they came from "The Bride Shop." the musical co- medy presented at the Grand on Mon- day night. "The Bride Shop" is a real musical comedy, and was thor- oughly enjoyed by the large audience that greeted the production, matinee and night. It is brimful of clean comedy, good singing and dancing, and has everything that a first-class musical comedy calls for." Thereris a chorus of exceptionally atiractival girls, who can both sing and dance well, and they are handsomely gown ed. Throughout the two acts, every- thing goes with such snap and vim that pats it in a class by itself when musical comedies are compared. It is by far the best show of its kind seen here for some time. "Eddie" Vogt is a comedian of un- usual ¢leverness, and had the audi- ences in roars of laughter, He made good first as the mewspaper report- er, and later on as manager of the modiste's shop. Jack Stokes, as John Sully, was also good. Lew Na- den displayed good acting in the part of the Earl of Warwickshire, a role of the *'silly ass" type, "There Is Something About You" was the most popular musical number of theweveniniz. Miss Rastrick, Mr. Vogt and chorus sang it with marked effect, and much to the delight of the audience little snatches of fit were heard at intervals throughout the play. Among the other song hits were "Ring Tang," *'Saskatchewan' and "Indiana." There are several fine marching and danc: ng numbers. The Fashion parade in the last act showed some stunning costumes, The ladies who were featured were Miss Rastrick, Miss Benjar and Miss Hope- still, and they more than pleased, judging by the hearty applause.
