On Monday afternoon and evening, after an absence of four years from the local boards, the Ernie Marks Stock Company, featuring Miss Kitty Marks, played "The Final Settle ment" at the Grand Opera House. This company has with it this year one of the best collection of vaude- ville acts that has been here in some time, and the splendid patronage of the two performances shows the popularity of this company in Kings- ton: "The Final Settlement," with Miss Marks as "Jerry." shows her talent in a splendid way and this great hit of this season in New York was well received and loudly applauded. In it Ernie Marks is playing the part of "Tony" the Italian. The cast is well baianced.
