There Has Been Wide Distribution of Beautiful Calendar. The Whig's distribution of the beautiful calendar, illustrating' and containing the immortal poem, "In Flanders' Fields," has assumed quite unexpected proportions. Since Sat- urday morning 5,000 of these calen- dars have been printed, and hardly one now remains in stock. Over 4,700 have been distributed free, un- mounted, and the mounted copiés, sold at ten cents each, sumber close on two hundred. The demand has been increabing, and orders are com- ing in freely {rom country readers, Another large edition will have to be printed to cope with the extra- ordinary rush, which has exceeded all expectations. On all sides the Whig is being con- gratulated for its production. The work on the calendar is of the most|ip artistic type, the design is beautiful, and the four colour printing process used makes very handsome and ef- i ' fective calendar. 'Every bit of the printing is done in the Whig job de- : ® partment.
