An Excellent Programme is Being Shown, The Grand Opera House has open- ed the week's entertainment with a series of splendid attractions, On Monday, in addition to the usual film features, "The Sagebrush Hamlet," starring the well known artist, Wil- llam Desmond, the hero of many thrills, and the popular Fatty Ar- buckle comedies, and a reel of very interesting Pictorial Life, there are four really high class vaudeville acts being shown by the Keith company. | in the first, Messrs, Swain and Ost- | man are seen in a clever comedy ac- robatic' novelty in which seemingly impossible featsare performed. They brought forth; repeated bursts of ap- plause. They are followed by Berg- man and Leonard in a number of delightful songs and stories, Arthur and Leah Ball in a ventriloqual di- versity showed astounding ability as ventriloquists, and the Mabelle Fonda Trio gave a wonderful exhibi- tion of juggling, They came upon the dark stage from different direc. tions with illuminated Indian clubs and put on one of the finest juggling acts ever witnessed. Every bit of this vaudeville is a demonstration by highly trained specialists, that are seldom found on any one programme and the management {8 to he con- gratulated upon having secured what THE DAILY BRITISH WHIG PAGE SEVEN is probably one of the finest attrac- tions ever shown.
