Ordered in Quarantine In the Division Court on Tuesday morning George Pratt, who was quarantined for smallpox, was sued by the corporation of the city of Kingston for $89, the amount of a bill he contracted while in quaran- tine. The bill was Yor grocerirs, etc. The defendant claimed that the Board of Health, who ordered the goods, were liable for payment, but J@dge Lavell did not see it that way and gave judgment for the city, Hanley, wife of Dr. Thomas R.
