Charles Addison, an old resident of Belleville, died recently at Winni- peg, after an illness of some months. The slate Mr. Addison was born in Thurlow in 1843, and was employed for a number of years at Brown's foundry. In 1913 he moved with his wife to Port Arthur and four years later removed to Winnipeg. He was a veteran of the Fenian raid and a member of the Belleville Lodge A. F. & AM. for fifty-one years. He married, in 1880, Miss Cassie Sager, Thurlow, who with one son, Robert C.
