She Passed Away in the Hotel Dieu; Kingston. The death of Mrs. J. E, Donnelly, Seeley's Bay, occurred in the Hotel Dieu on Thursday, August 11th. The deceased was formerly Miss Mary Bernette Ronan, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Ronan, Ath ens. Besides her grief-stricken hus- band she is survived by one sister, Mrs. L. Gavin, Mallorytown, and three brothers, John, Watertown, N.Y.; William, who resided with her and Mr. Donnelly, at Seeley's Bay, and Edmund, Athens. She was a Catholic in religion and her charac- ter was a truly Christian one. The very large attendance at her funeral testified the love and re- spect in which she was held by her friends, relatives and neighbors. The funeral was held from her late resi- dence at Seeley"s Bay to St. Barna- by's church, Brewer's Mills, where a solemn requiem mass was celebrated by Rev. Father Traynor, after which interment was made in St. Barnaby's cemetery. Her infant son, who pre- deceased her July 23rd, was buried With her. The pall-bearers were Messrs.
