One some- times imagines that the bread he eats is made in some poky little place far removed from the sight of the public, but those who eat Doyle's bread are consuming the product of a large-scale, modern; santiary and growing industry. Vincent Doyle, the properitor of the bakery, gladly explained the points of interest about his plant, starting in with the /modern bread- making machinery, including one of the best flour-sifters between Toron~ to and Montreal, dough mixer, elec~ tric weighing machine, rounding-up machine, moulder and revolving | prover, all operated by electricity un- der the most sanitary conditions. The bake-shop is large and roomy with two giant ovens in operation all the time. Adjoining it is the new flour and dough warehouse, recently | added to and improved, with room to |store seven carloads of flour. Two {shifts of bakers work here day and night turning out the well-made loaves, the favorite of all the vari- eties being the "Home-Made" loaf, with the name of the baker stamped Our Tailoring Department has made a low price on some very Attractive Woolens Imported Tweeds and Worsteds All Wool ...$45.00, $50.00, $55.00 Botany Yarn Worsteds and Cheviots--Indigo dye; fast colors.
