Death Occurs of Mrs, Hall, The death of the late Mrs. Marg- aret Hall occurred on Wednedday at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. (Rev.) D. C. Passed Away Quickly: Mrs. Elizabeth Rose Bush, widow of the late Arnold R. Bush, Amelias- burg township, passed away on Tues- day night after a few hours' illness. Deceased was the eldest daughter of the late John W. Babcock, Amelias- burg, where she was borft and resid- ed all her life. Mrs. Bush was a mem- ber of the Methodist church. One daughter, Mrs. D. Rose, Ameliasburg, survives. Fire Destroyed a Car. While returning from Napanee where he had taken his mother to catch a train, C. E. Eggleton, teller in the Bank of Montreal, Deseronto, lost his car by fire. Two miles west of Napanee the car, which was :n Overland four cylinder, caught fire somewhere back of the front seat and when discovered thé flames were beyond control. Mr. Eggleton, who was alone at the time, lost besides the car, two overcoats and the rugs. Twelve hundred dollars insurance was carried on the car at the time.
