On St. Valentine's Day, Mr, and Mrs. Augustus Derrick, Merrickville, celebrated the golden jubilee of their marriage, which took place in Mon- tague township on Feb: 14th, 1872, with Rev. Willlam McGill officiating. Mr. Derrick is a former reeve of the village of Merrickville, Fined For Carrying Liquor. Mr. and Mrs. Anderson left later for New York and Atlantic City. On their return they will reside at 87 Oakmount Road, where they will be at home after April 1st, M.
