Floyd of that place on Monday and was committed for trial. He will appear at the same time as Johnson. The grand jury brought in a true bill against Dr. A, W. Richardson. Four Criminal Cases Go to Grand Jury The County Court and Court of the General Sessions opened at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the court house with Judge Madden on the bencl. The grand jury was chosen and ad- dressed by the judge. The four criminal cases on the docket were then turned over to the grand jury, which will probably be detained some time considering whether true bills can be returned. In the mean- time, one of the civil cases will like- ly come up. There are three jury eases and five non-jury cases on the civil docket, There was not a very large crowd on hand Tuesday afternoon, people apparently recognizing that the main sessions will not likely start before Wednesday morning.
