Held to the Cricket Field on Monday A successful "march-out" of the Princess of Wales' Own Regiment was held on Monday evening, the battalion parading at the armouries at 7:30 o'clock and marching from here to the cricket field where an hour's practical drill was carried out. After graduation, Dr. Ravmond went to. Montreal, and took a post-graduate course as an intern at the Western Hospital, studying and practising there for a year, Following this he went to follow his profession at Alexandria, where he built up a large practice. Nine years ago he married Miss Gwen- dolyn Kennedy, Montreal, who sur- vives him with three young sons. He Is also survived by' both his parents at Williamstown, wna three sisters and one brother, all living there, He had been for many years a member of the Masonic Order, and a largely.attended funeral was held at the Alexandria Presbyterian church Sunday afternoon, under the auspices of the Alexandria Lodge, AF & AM Following the service the remains were taken to Montreal by his par ents and relatives. The meeting was opened with devotional exercises by Rev. Dr. W. 8. Lennon, following which the president, Rev. T. W. Savary, on behaif of the as- sociation, extended a cordial wel- come to Rev. T. J. 8S. Ferguson, the new pastor of Cooke's Presbyterian church. The matter of a daily vacation Bible school was presented to the meeting by the president, and the ministers gave much thought and discussion to the stheme.
