My forecasts are | taken by actual work and taken onc year in advance, and 1 would like to ask if I do not come as close to hit- ting the nail on the head as any of the day by day forecasters, who are drawing a big salary for their work. I do believe when we have an eicc- tric storm that it will give us cooler weather for a short time. If you remember in 1912, when thé sun spots were on the sun, some people said it was a sign of bad weather. I claimed it was a sign of war. Who was right? Now, the kind of weather we are 'going to have in 1924 will he pre- dicted in 1923 by me. ~--GEORGE J. KING. CARLETON VILLA NEAR CAPE.
