A fine of $50 was imposed by Judge Deroche on Michael Ryan, Marmora township, found guilty of assaulting and occasioning grevious bodily harm to David Flynn. On July 18th the accused and paintiff had some words with the result that Ryan hit Flynn and he fell. In fall- ing a bone in his leg was broken.
