To-day there are thousands of "circus fans" all over the country--and many of them have grandchildrén. To many of these "fans," both young and old, there is an interest in every hour of circus day, and for their benefit the following schedule is given: Sparks' Circus Day me. 6 a.m.--Sparks effeus trains due to arrive from Ogdensburg. 8 a.m.--Breakfast served to the seven hundred circus employees. 11 a.m.--The elaborate street par- ade. 1 p.m.--Doors open for letsurely inspection of menagerie. Band con- cert by the Jack P illips concert band 1 to 2 p.m. -- > 3. p.m. -<Afternoon performance with the Far East spectacle, "L'Ora, The Jurigle Queen," with 300 human and animal participants. 6 p.mi.--Concert of popular and classical music played on the world's largest steam plato, which can be heard for five miles without the use of radiophones. 7 p.m.--Doors opened to public. Del Vecho, Master air calliopist of the world. 8 p.m.--Evening performance of the ¢iréus, complete in detail. 11 p.m.----Concérted night move- ment to circus trains. A very hot wave swept over this vicinity, but it was very much needed as it helped the farmers to finish their seeding and planting. Major and Mrs. Stroud and Mrs. James Kane, Kingston, motored from Kingston Wednesday evening for the game' between the Scouts and Rough and Readys, which was won by the latter. : The ladies' soft ball teams are try- ing to arrange for matches with Kingston and Athens teams.
