Scott, who was sentenced to Ches- ter asylum for the criminal insane last Friday, August 7th, has been reported to be found sane by state alientists who have had him under observation since he came to the asylum, according to information re- ceived unofficially in Chicago, but not yet verified. If Scott is found to be sane he might be brought back to Cook county and executed for the murder of Joseph Maurer. \ Attorney William Stewart, who handled Scott's defense, was visibly excited when interviewed.
