Toronto, Oct. 9.--"That reflection on the work of the parole board," said Chief Justice Mulock in the first appellats division to-day on reading the report from Magistrate Levi Williams, Pic- ton, in connection with the appeal against the severity of the sentence on Wallace Sudds, Walter Scott Victor. Sudds and Overton Scott, of Simcoe Island. Magistrate Williams had sentenced all four to three years in penitentiary for theft and re- ceiving of fishing nets and grapples.
