Napanee, July 14--The Kingston golf team consisting of fifteen play- ers motored to Napanee on Wednes- day afternoon to play a league game with the Napanee golfers, The game a ll! ended with a score of 31 to 18 in favor of Kingston. Soon after their arrival a number enjoyed a refreshing dip in the Bay of Quinte. After the swim a close softball game was enjoyed by both the players and spectators. The races which followed showed that St. Andrew's Church was not lack- ing in athletes. The winners in the different class races were: Gilbert Howitt, G. Detlor, Marjorie Met- calfe, M. Corkill, C. The doctor and his wife motored from Creelman and are visiting friends at Sunbury. They made the trip in eight days.
