TO DEATH ON HAND CAR of Five Thrown Into Ditch Near Fenelon Falls, Lindsay, Ont., Oct. 31.--As a re- sult of a gasoline lorry accident on the Grand Trunk line between Fells station and Bury's Green, Mrs. Thomas Mitchell received a fractur- ed skull and passed away four hours later. Mr. St. Thomas, section fore- man, and five other passengers in fhe jigger, were thrown to the ground as the machine was derailed, but were uninjured. It appears that some person had deliberately placed a large stone on the rail, which derailed the jigger. An inquest is being held.
