Constable , Samuel Arniel Made Capture Wednesday Morning. The police receive all sorts of com- plaints Wednesday morning they received word that a dog was acting in a disorderly manner on the street; by running after ana barking at vehicles as they passed along the street. Constable Arniel got busy, and in a short time he had the va- grant dog in charge, and the canine is now at the police station.
