This is an aggre- gation of people from Fort Will- tam numbering 25, who are com- giving their time and expenses > practically for nothing, because .| the trip will cost at least $400, and they can scarcely hope for I more than half that from the sale 'lof tickets. Many of them are known personally to citizens of Heron, and they are a fine bunch of people. We shall have chorus- es, glees, quartets, solos, and the greatest musical treat the town ever had. ~ They had a trip to Kenora, stopping over for the Dryden concert; but the Kenora arrange- ments have not developed. Rather than disappoint Dryden after hav- ing opéned negotiations with the Board of Trade here, they intend to come and take chances on ex- pense. "We are sports, and we know you are also, so we will come anyway, and leave the re- muneration to you," they say in ; gs letter to the chairman of the Board. That is a spirit that will appeal i 1 : 2 ae sesssescocss sscesssscas lr a Dryden Lodge No. .G.0. Eom at the Town to Dryden.
