Girls Baseball Club will play the local team on the Fair Grounds This club are fast enough to give any semi-pro team a run for their money, and if the boys ex- pect a look-in, they will have to get busy. The American Girls team is composed of athletic girls who have made baseball a study and profession and know the game from Ato Z. The club is organized in Chi- cago, and they make a tour of the country each year, and this is their first season in this district, although they have been playing for the past four seasons in Can- ada and the Northwest, defeating some of the, strongest semi-pro teams in these sections. Anyone expecting to see a bur- lesque on the game will be sadly disappointed, as these girls play ball. - A large crowd will surely be on hand as no one can afford to miss the chance of seeing a real girls ball club in action. : We want to see all the Fans and Fanettes there to root for the girls or the boys as their choice may be.
